Three guys had an idea.
Working for three separate organizations, like many managers, they recognized common factors in the most successful teams they worked with. Specifically the teams displayed a very positive moral, a sense of team pride and importantly...they had fun.
It seamed obvious, but so often overlooked and, even if recognized, difficult to develop.
The Team People Team Building was born.
The Team People has now been helping organizations develop the potential of their teams for over a decade.

Our management staff has an average of 15 years experience in either sales management or general business management.
Our event facilitators bring experience from corporate training, personnel development and stand up comedy !
