| My initial experience with you was over an order I had placed which I needed within a specific time frame and although you went ahead and began processing the order, I soon learned that it wouldn't arrive on time due to some bad weather up in Buffalo (through a confirmation e-mail you sent). So I needed to cancel my order. Although I feared that I would get the usual "sorry it's out the door" response, you were very polite and understanding of my problem and were quick to refund my order. You turned a potentially bad situation around. The level of customer service you provided at a time when I was concerned about how this would pan out left quite an impression on me. So much so that I not only returned to eventually buy an air purifier from you but I continue to recommend you to others interested in air purifiers. This is a great example of how something that initially may have been perceived as "lost business" resulted in not only return business, but referral business specifically due to your professionalism and prompt, courteous service. | I bought an Austin HealthMate Plus one week after my daughter was born. My oldest daughter, who is 5, suffers from asthma, and was constantly getting sick at school. I was afraid that she would make my newborn daughter sick. My sister and older brother are both owners of the regular Austin HealthMate, and they can't stop talking about how it's changed their lives. So I went online and found this wonderful website with the Austin HealthMate Plus purifier on sale! I was thrilled and immediately ordered it. We have been using the machine for about 8 weeks now, and the difference is astonishing! My oldest daughter has not gotten sick despite being around sick kids at school. And my little one is doing great as well. My husband and I have noticed that we don't wake up with a sore throat or a stuffy nose anymore. And people who are sick and come visit don't leave their germs behind because the air purifier takes care of them! We made some changes in our home and had construction for about 5 days.
